Violet LaFleur is a 13-year-old photographer in Michigan. She began her journey with a photo walk with one of her roll models, Steve Jakubcin using a cell phone.

She was immediately hooked and wanted to learn more. The last 2 years she has taken classes with Robert Sullivan through Alpena Public School Homeschool  partnership and moved to a Nikon D3500.

She generally shoots landscapes, but also enjoys finding unique beauty to capture. Additional photographers that have helped her develop are her Uncle Patrick, Rick Houchin, and her mom.
